Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our agro-allied operations.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Tally ERP software, strong accounting knowledge, and familiarity with financial processes within the agro-allied or related manufacturing industry.


Key Responsibilities


Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
Prepare, verify, and post accounting entries related to sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers regularly.
Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
Track inventory and ensure proper valuation in coordination with the store and production departments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Support in statutory compliance such as VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other regulatory filings.
Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and company records.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or newer versions) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference lady candidate.
