A Nigerian widow, Uba Chidinma, has recounted her ordeal in the hands of a man who she claimed tried to witch-hunt her and seized her means of livelihood because she refused his offer. Lamenting over the death of her husband, Chidinma said she wouldnt have gone through this battle alone if he had been alive. Dear Facebook family, I wont lie every woman deserves a man by her side. Every woman needs someone who will stand with her, she wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday. "These past two months have been a trial I wouldnt wish on anyone. A man who wished me harm tried to witch-hunt me and even seized what had been putting food on my childrens table, all because I said No to his offer. "For two months I struggled spending money, losing sleep, and carrying pain in silence all alone. At some point, it felt like there was no way out. But just two days ago, I got the message: No. God stepped in, Everything that was held back has finally been released. If my husband were alive, I know I wouldnt have gone through this battle alone. Still, I thank God who fights for widows and orphans, the One who never abandons. I share this testimony to say: every woman deserves protection, care, and a partner who truly stands with her.
