Job description


We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team at Fhemfel Group. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our brand and supporting marketing, product, and communication teams with high-quality design assets. You must have a strong design portfolio, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful graphics.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Identity


Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all design assets.
Create logos, icons, illustrations, and visual identity materials.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand standards and tone.


Digital Media & Content Creation


Design social media graphics, digital ads, banners, and email templates.
Support website and blog design with custom visuals and infographics.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.


Print Design & Production


Create flyers, brochures, business cards, event materials, and packaging.
Work with external vendors to manage print production processes.


Visual Storytelling & Campaign Support


Turn complex information into compelling visual content.
Assist with storytelling through branded visuals and presentation decks.
Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.


Creative Collaboration & Workflow Management


Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand creative needs.
Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and feedback.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.


Trend Research & Innovation


Stay informed on current trends in design, branding, and technology.
Introduce fresh design ideas and tools to elevate the brand’s creative direction.


Qualifications & Skills


At least 4 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
