Community / Academy Lead at Crescita Solutions

Founded in 2020 as FLIP Digital Technologies, we began by building simple websites and running grassroots campaigns for local businesses. In 2024, we evolved into Crescita Solutions, a full-service digital and technology agency, to reflect our expanded offerings, deeper expertise, and Pan-African vision.Role Overview

The Community / Academy Lead will oversee Crescita’s training arm, building a learning ecosystem that attracts learners, nurtures talent, and positions the company as a thought leader in digital education.

Key Responsibilities


Build and grow Crescita’s training community (online & offline).
Design learning journeys and pathways for digital skills.
Manage trainers, workshops, and certification programs.
Establish partnerships with universities, hubs, and tech communities.
Build a pipeline of talent for Crescita’s future hires.


Qualifications & Requirements


Experience in education management, community leadership, or academy building.
Strong organizational, leadership, and networking skills.
