We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts for Bag Neck Sealing (BNS) Self-Adhesive Tape specifically targeted at bakeries across Nigeria. This role is ideal for candidates with solid experience in selling bread nylons or packaging solutions to large-scale bakeries and bakery dealers.

Key Responsibilities


Drive nationwide sales of Self-Adhesive BNS Tape to bakery clients and dealers.
Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers across Nigeria.
Conduct product trials and prepare detailed reports for major bakeries.
Develop accurate monthly and annual sales forecasts and budgets by product line.
Submit daily call reports to maintain sales transparency and tracking.
Ensure timely payment collection with support from the customer service team.
Coordinate with customer service to prepare and approve order forms.


Preferred Candidate Profile


Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in selling bakery packaging materials (e.g., bread nylons).
Experience working with distributors and large bakery clients is highly desirable.
Age range: 25–35 years.
Proven track record in B2B sales within the bakery supply chain or packaging sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.


Compensation


âÂ?¦250,000 – âÂ?¦350,000 net monthly salary
