Talent Manager, Bizzle Osikoya, in shock after FRSC officials asked his friend to produce a police report and an affidavit over a fine ticket he misplaced

Talent Manager, Bizzle Osikoya, was left in shock recently following his friend's encounter with men of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC. Apparently, his friend was found guilty of committing a traffic offense and was issued one of theur fine tickets. However, his friend misplaced it and was unable to pay immediately.
