We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales/Beauty Advisor to join our team in a busy pharmacy and beauty retail environment. 
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, offering expert advice on skincare, cosmetics and wellness products, and supporting the sales goals of the store. 
Your knowledge of beauty trends and products will help customers make informed choices that meet their needs and preferences.


Key Responsibilities


Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Offer personalized advice and recommendations on beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions.
Assist with product demonstrations, testers, and sampling as appropriate.
Support pharmacy staff with sales of over-the-counter health and wellness products (non-prescription).
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and beauty counter.
Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build customer loyalty by promoting reward programs, upcoming events, and special promotions.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory checks.


Requirements


Previous experience in retail, beauty, or pharmacy sales preferred.
Strong interest and knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and health & wellness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering a positive and personalized customer experience.
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner.
Training or certification in beauty therapy or skincare (desirable but not essential).
