Windows 10 launched this week and the operating system is now being released to PCs across the world in waves, meaning that some could get the free upgrade faster than others.

And unsurprisingly, users are very eager to install it, so statistics show an insanely high adoption all over the globe.

A few days ago, Microsoft revealed that 14 million PCs were already running Windows 10 only 24 hours after its launch, but now some new figures reveal an even more exciting development for the Redmond-based tech giant.

Windows Central is reporting via a company insider that 67 million PCs have already installed Windows 10 until July 31, which is clearly a big achievement for Microsoft, as it plans to bring the new operating system on 1 billion devices by 2017.
