Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and fostering business expansion.
Contribute to building a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive  prospecting, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals and secure long-term  partnerships.
Requirements:

A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recognized ability to rapidly establish rapport with potential buyers.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or property  technology industry.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop  actionable sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field  (preferred).
