The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested popular TikToker, Murja Ibrahim Kunya, over alleged immorality.

Hisbah chairman Aliyu Usman made this known in a statement on Tuesday.

Usman said Kunya is widely known for immoral acts, and she will be arraigned before a Shari’ah court.


He said: “She was arrested yesterday (Monday) late in the evening at her residence located at Tinshama area. We spent about three hours waiting for her before she finally showed up, and we picked her up.

“She is being charged with immoral acts, which she is widely known for. There is someone who every day comes around to pick her up around 10 pm and will return her by midnight or 1 am.”
