A well established financial institution is recruiting to fill the position below

Location : Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Job responsibilities:

Management and collection of client’s information and analyzing their needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Attending ti incoming and outgoing calls effectively and efficiently, and call directory to various departments when necessary
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients
Brief and explain the products and services the company offers to walk in clients
Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications

A good 1st degree in finance , economics , statistics , social sciences or any related field
Minimum of 3years operational experience in any commercial bank or financial institution with focus of client relationship.
Proximity to the island is a plus .
