The Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Mr. Campbell Umeh-Nzekwe, has pointed out that there were indications that the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party may not be able to win Lagos State next year despite having presidential backing.
