Redus Center for Digestive Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accountant to lead financial management, regulatory compliance, investor readiness, and business expansion planning.


This role is ideal for a forward-thinking finance professional capable of driving financial excellence and supporting organizational growth.



Key Responsibilites

Financial Leadership & Planning


Oversee financial governance and reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
Monitor corporate valuation, asset depreciation, and financial performance.


Regulatory Compliance


Ensure full compliance with financial, tax, and healthcare regulations.
Serve as liaison with FIRS, LIRS, FRC, auditors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Lead annual audits and risk management initiatives.


Investor & Expansion Support


Maintain investor-ready financial records and compliance documentation.
Develop feasibility studies, CapEx projections, and ROI analyses.
Prepare strategic reports and presentations for management and investors.


Performance & Control


Supervise finance and billing teams.
Strengthen internal controls and revenue management processes.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce revenue leakage.


Qualifications

Education


Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
MBA or Master’s in Corporate Finance is an advantage.


Professional Certification


ACA
ACCA
CPA
CFA


Experience


6–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or strategic finance role.
Strong background in tax compliance, regulatory engagement, and financial modeling.
Healthcare sector experience is an added advantage.
