The Management of Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Kogi State, has expelled two 200-level female students over alleged involvement in lesbianism. Also expelled two other students for offences bordering on physical assault, st@bbing, and cloning of students pictures, while another student was rusticated for one academic session over involvement in fighting and physical assault.  The management disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday, May 10, 2026. According to the statement, the decision was taken by the Senate of the University at its 30th Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs, Mr. Eli Usman Gbadafu, in separate letters addressed to the affected students, stated that the Senates decision takes immediate effect. The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Engr.Prof. Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu ,FNSE, commended the Students Disciplinary Committee for what he described as a thorough and diligent job. According to the Vice-Chancellor, the University remains committed to training students in both character and learning, stressing that the Management will not compromise on discipline and adherence to the institutions rules and regulations.  The post Kogi varsity expels four students over lesbianism and physical assault, rusticates another for misconduct appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
