Coventry manager, Frank Lampard has identified Jose Mourinho as the primary influence on his coaching career, citing the legendary managers psychological approach as a defining factor in his own development.  In an interview with The Times, Lampard reflected on the lessons learned during his record-breaking tenure at Chelsea, where he made 215 appearances under the Portuguese tactician.While acknowledging Mourinhos tactical expertise, Lampard emphasized that the leadership and mental fortitude instilled by "The Special One" left the most lasting impression.  He recalled how Mourinhos immense self-confidence served as a catalyst for his own growth on the pitch. The biggest impact I remember of Jose was how much self-confidence he gave me, via his own self-confidence.
