Ovation Publisher and columnist, Dele Momodu, and Davido has said that the child custody feud between music star Davido and his cousin, Sophia Momodu is over.

Momodu made this disclosure on his Instagram page @delemomoduovation.

Recall that there had been a child abduction saga involving the musician, David Adekeke, aka Davido, and his estranged lover and mother of his child, Sophia Momodu.


The feud which lingered till sometime last week began with Davido and sister being accosted at the Murtala Muhammed Airport from taking out Baby Imade to Dubai, on suspicion of child kidnapping. This, however, sparked malicious exchanges between Davido and Momodu.

Recall also that afterwards, the singer went on to explain that he wanted to take the child out because traces of marijuana had been found in the baby, accusing Sophia of smoking hemp and leading a reckless life.

Sophia subsequently responded by denying Davido?s accusations and National Agency for The Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and other Related Matters, NAPTIP in Lagos, questioned Davido over the child trafficking allegation.

In his post, Momodu said that all is over, quoting Williams Shakespeare: ?All is well that ends well?
