A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has struck out Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki?s bid to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, in Abuja.

Delivering ruling on the suit on Friday, the presiding judge, Ibrahim Buba, said the court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the case.

The Senate President is undergoing prosecution at the CCT over a 13-count charge bordering on assets falsification and corruption.
