A former chairman of the Presidential Task team on Pension Matters, Abdulrasheed Maina, has been declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

According to Premium Times, Maina was declared wanted over issues bothering on fraud allegations regarding the use of funds meant for Nigerian pensioners.

Wilson Uwujaren, the spokesperson of the EFCC, who confirmed the development, noted that the anti-graft agency had already secured an arrest warrant against the former pension boss.


He added that the warrant would enable the commission arrest Maina ?wherever he is in the world?.
