STEP ONE, DOWNLOAD THE NAIJACRUX XTI SPECTRANET TWEAK ZIP FILE HERE,

STEP 2, run your xti after extracting everything into a folder

STEP 3, download and install openvpn)
CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OPENVPN FOR 32BIT

CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD OPENVPN 64BIT

put the etisalat vpn into the config folder of your open vpn , [VPN CONFIG FILE ALREADY IN NAIJACRUX XTI FOLDER]

STEP 4, run your open vpn right click and, select settings tick connect through http proxy and put 127.0.0.1 port 8080 after that connect and surf all site.

NOTE- Etisalat vpn server and canada vpn server already attached in the XTI folder.

this tweak is for spectranet network only.if you are in lagos, abuja and some other cities, you should know spectranet
