Job Description:

The Sales and marketing manager manages the day to day sales and marketing activities of the organisation and long-term marketing strategy for the company. Job duties are but not limited to;

Role Summary:

Prepare, implement sales and marketing plan, programme and budget both short and long range to ensure profitable growth
Formulate and execute category brands and portfolio strategy for both new and existing products
Execute all communication initiatives
Collaborates with the MD in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Work with communication agencies, associates, consultants and all external and internal stakeholders to deliver the right marketing mix to consumers/shoppers in keeping with the organizational goal
Lead ideation and innovation effort that meets business and brand objectives.
Lead all consumer/shoppers and market research initiatives
Analyse consumer trend, category and market dynamics, internal data and competitive intelligence thereby influencing organization and category strategy

We are looking for a qualified Spa therapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients.

Job Description

Performing facial or body massage and treatments, including spa therapy (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure), reflexology and aromatherapy.
Must be an expert in therapeutic facial and body care, with a strong understanding of key body systems, skin biology, anatomy and cosmetic chemistry.
Must be able to perform therapies to address specific conditions.
Will work with a range of equipment and products, such as performing microdermabrasion or using hot wax, and must have knowledge of using the equipment and products in their correct usage and handling to perform these treatments safely.

Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions.
Selling and providing advice on cosmetic and skin care products
Provides a range of non-medical face, body and relaxation treatments customized to a client’s needs, and recommend appropriate products and after-care.
Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
Keep documentation and maintain clients files
Keep a clean and stocked room
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Cooperate with and report on the administration on any arising issues
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
Desired Qualities

Requirements

A degree in Health science or in a related discipline
Current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy will be an added advantage
Proven work experience as a Spa therapist
